c. Overview of planning efforts to date and timeline for plan development
Meeting Objective
a. Meeting participants provide Ad-Hoc Steering committee with sufficient guidance and input to finalize focal areas and goal statements for a 5 year strategic plan.
b.Discussion of definition/terms/planning process
Meeting Activities
a.Group Exercise #1: Obtain input on issues, threats and opportunities to address in order to achieve mission of the KPFHP
b.Group Exercise #2: Obtain agreement on potential focal areas for addressing identified issues, threats, and opportunities
c. Small Group Exercise: Prepare goal statements for selected focal areas
